A few years ago Benjamin was the owner and host of the restaurant “La Fabrique” just outside Paris. Because of love, he moved to Switzerland and first lived out his creativity as a blacksmith. But he soon missed gastronomy and decided to get back in. But this time as a chef. He is now an indispensable part of “Elmira” and infects everyone with his happiness and enchants guests with his French charm.
